Hello Everyone!
Next Monday’s meeting on October 25, 2021 at 7:00pm will be our first attempt to conduct a face-to-face meeting since the COVID-19 closure a year ago in March. It has been a long haul. Welcome back!
Social distancing will be practiced to the best of our ability and masks are strongly encouraged. The same guidelines are in order similar to other public meetings. If you are not feeling well or have recent exposure to the Delta Virus please avoid attending in person. In that case, we look forward to your participation online.
Also, this will be the first broadcast and live in-person meeting to be held at our original, longtime location at St. Michael’s Church at 1400 South University Blvd, Denver. Thank you Terry Jones for working out arrangements with our good friends there. Your patience is appreciated as the technology kinks and learning curve are experienced. Hopefully, there will be sufficient WiFi connection and dexterity to make it happen smoothly.
Please feel free to bring some items for Show and Tell.
I will send another email on the day of the meeting confirming the in-person meeting as Ken Reindel and the executive committee review the ongoing status of the virus. Please stay tuned.
Following our business meeting, Chairman Ken Reindel will present “Small Clock Case Restoration.” It describes some novel approaches to restoring small clock cases found in vintage alarm clocks and similar.
